Lathe turning- Duplicating spindles and finials on the lathe is one of our favorite services we offer.  Our technician has over 17yrs. experience.   Woodturning has been used on furniture for centuries and is sadly becoming a lost art.  Modern machines and duplicators have replaced the hand craftsmanship and uniqueness that each turning possesses.  Each cut is duplicated with caliper measurements and sharp tools.  Because all of our  turning is done by hand, no two are the same.

Alternative ivory- Turning this material requires different techniques and rpm speeds.  When done properly, it mimics real ivory or tortoise shells, without harming the environment or wildlife.  Old fashioned buttons and drawer pulls are now made from this material.
